Day 3: Mathew 24 – In Its Order

Day 3: Mathew 24 – In Its Order
·         “The twenty-fourth chapter of Mathew is presented to me again and again as something that is to be brought to attention of all. We are today living in the time when the predictions of this chapter are fulfilling. Let our ministers and teachers explain these prophecies to those whom they instruct.” EV 196.3
Mathew 24 in Its Prophetic Order

Events
Remarks
Math 24:5-8
Many shall come in Jesus’ name, saying they are Christ; and shall deceive many; wars and rumours of wars; famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.
Early signs before Sunday Law; but the end is not yet
Math 24:9-29
·    Afflicted, killed; hated; betrayed; many false prophets shall rise and shall deceive many; love of many shall wax cold; (all will happen than we see now).
·    Final warning to all people given (loud cry) Math 24:14
·    Appearing of false messiah (universal Christ) and false prophets - Math 24:23, 24. (Those who are now deceived and are waiting for secret rapture will cheerfully accept the false messiah Math 24:28).
·    Powers of the heavens shaken
Signs after the Sunday Law
Math 24:30-31
Visible Second coming (VSC) of Jesus (math 24:27, 30). Every eye shall see him. No secret rapture.
Assurance of VSC of Jesus
·         In fact, the secret rapture is so secret such that even the bible does not know about it. Only the eagles will go for the carcase (Math 24:28) but saints will be gathered (v.31).
·         In Math 24:32-35 are the lessons from the fig tree and Math 24:34,35 is an assurance that these events will surely happen. Math 25 is about preparations.
·         Contrary to the secret rapture theory, Jesus gives us a glimpse of Noah’s day in Math 24:36-41. “And knew not until the flood came” Verse 39. The ‘good’ were separated from the ‘bad’. However, Noah was not taken in secret. Thus, the good will be separated from the bad even if they work together (Math 24:40,41). Let us be watchful Math 24:42-51.

·         “The history which the great I AM has marked out in His word, uniting link after link in the prophetic chain, from eternity in the past to eternity in the future, tells us where we are today in the procession of the ages, and what may be expected in the time to come. ... and we may be assured that all which is yet to come will be fulfilled in its order”. {Ed 178.3} (Emphasis supplied)
The great storm is coming. Oh if we knew the time! – Luke 19:41 – 44
Now is the time, let’s repent, believe the gospel and be ready.

VOR Best Gospel Fun

Gaither Vocal Band

The Gaither Vocal Band got is start in the early 1980s with four guys singing around a piano backstage before a Bill Gaither Trio concert. Gary McSpadden, Steve Green, Lee Young and Bill Gaither were just having fun, harmonizing on “Your First Day in Heaven” when Bill decided they should try out their new sound on a live audience that very night. The audience went wild… and that impromptu performance marked the beginning of an era.

The Isaacs

The Isaacs’ award-winning sound skillfully merges three distinct genres of music – bluegrass, gospel and country – into one brilliantly cohesive sound.  Lily Isaacs and her children, Ben, Sonya and Rebecca, have been making incredible music together for more than 30 years, and together they create an stellar combination of world-class instrumentation, power-packed vocals and intricate family harmony.  The group’s stellar sound is further rounded out by seasoned bluegrass instrumentalists Jesse Stockman (fiddle) and Troy Engel (banjo, guitar).

Day 2: “This Gospel” – The Coming of Elijah

Day 2: “This Gospel” – The Coming of Elijah
·         The bible calls the end-time gospel as “the coming of Elijah” – Malachi 4:5.
·         The end-time gospel calls people to worship the only true God and get ready to meet Jesus (John 1:23).
·         This gospel” refers to the final-days prophecy calling God’s people to come back to the heavenly principles (Revelation 18:4).
·         It is “Elijah’s message” calling us to abandon false worship and turn to God (1 Kings 18, especially verse 21)

·         “The coming of Elijah” does not refer to the coming of an individual but the kind of message (see 1 Kings 18:21).
·         Pointing to Elijah’s message, in His time, Jesus calls John the Baptist the coming Elijah (Mathew 11:13,14; and Math 17:12,13). However, John denies it (John 1:21) and points to the message not to the messenger (John 1:23).
·         As in Malachi 4:5; the message of John the Baptist was Elijah’s message during the first coming of Jesus. The message will repeat before the second coming of Jesus. Before that great day of the Lord (Malachi 4:5).

·         John calls it the ‘everlasting gospel’ – Rev 14:6. He also calls it three Angels message – Rev 14:9. “This gospel”, Elijah’s message, the end time gospel, (everlasting gospel or three Angels message) focuses on the crisis over worship. The message calls the inhabitants of earth from worshiping the Beast, Its image, and Mark of the beast (Rev 13:16). (To be covered in the next series)
·         The end-time gospel will be preached just before the second coming of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ (Mathew 24:14, 15).

·         These series highlights “this gospel”, the end-time gospel in its prophetic order.

·         The bible says, (Mathew 24:14) after this final warning, will be the time of harvest and Jesus will come. Read also Rev 14:14; Mathew 13:24 – 30, 39.

Earth's Last Crisis Series‏ Day 1: Knowing the Time

Day 1: Knowing the time
·         The bible talks about the last days as  perilous time -  2 Tim 3: 1 – 5
·         We are living in the last days. Our salvation is nearer than when we first believed – Rom 13:11

·         Jesus knew the time (John 13:1 – ). He told us everything we need for our salvation, even the end of the world (John 13:19) so that “when it is come to pass”, we may believe.
·         He gave His disciples sign for His second coming and for the end of the world (Math 24).

·         Pointing to the importance of prophecy as the end time gospel Jesus says “And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come”. (Mathew 24:14).
·         What gospel was Jesus referring to?
o   Remember, the four books that we call gospels were not yet written. Jesus was talking of the end-time prophecy. He was referring to the end-time gospel based on prophecy. (We cover this in more details in next series).
o   In verse 15 Jesus makes it clear about the kind of gospel He was referring to. He refers us to the book of Daniel. He says “When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand)” Mathew 24:15.

·         Some people think that it is not necessary to understand the prophecies. They say “we only need to preach about love”. However, true love, while pointing us to Jesus, it leads us to understand prophecies. It was these prophecies that Jesus was referring to.
o   Mathew 24 is full of prophetic events that we cannot afford to ignore (Mathew 24:4,25). You cannot separate love and prophecies.
o   Daniel and John were the loved ones, and to these were the end-time prophecies given. (Dan 9:23; John 21:20,24 and Rev. 1:1-3).
o   Love is connected with prophecy. For example, while 1 Corinthians 13 is about love, the 1 Corinthians 14 is about prophecy.
o   You cannot separate the church with prophecy. In fact, God’s last days church is clearly identified with prophecy (2 Peter 1:19) and in prophecy (Rev 12:17 and Rev 14:12)

·         “Let Daniel speak, let the Revelation speak, and tell what is truth. But whatever phase of the subject is presented, uplift Jesus as the center of all hope” TM 118.1

Welcome to V.O.R

Voice of Redemption is a faith based organization in Tanzania which aims at achieving success in supporting evangelism and personal spiritual well-being.

Voice of Redemption was established in 2007 and it has been operated under Joy Advent since 2004 whereas in most programs the ministry supported THISDASO in Mzumbe University within the campus and outside the campus.

The Vision of the ministry is to achieve success in evangelism and our personal spiritual well-being.

The Mission of the ministry is to contribute our talents such as singing and preaching, expertise, professions, financial and non-financial resources toward evangelism in digitally and manually.

Objectives,
·        To support evangelism through financial and non financial basis.
·        To promote spiritual well being of the members.
·        To promote Christian talents such as singing and preaching.
·        To give special support to members in spiritual and social challenges
·        To give moral and material support to the community
·        To conduct annual reunion each year.

One of the most remarkable event was the first Dodoma Reunion on 5th - 8th December 2008 where as more than 20 members from around the country together with THISDASO members from Dodoma, AY and Church members gather together for ministry in Prisons, Bible Study, Singing and fellowship to the glory of God.

VOR is guided by the theme TELLING THE WORLD. In this theme we believe in the following seven key aspects to accomplish our ministry;

Touching
We are Gods touching hands. There are a number of people out there who need a touch from someone, a touch to their needs, a hug from a loving heart and a smile from a truly heart that cares.

Evangelizing
The world needs Jesus, the desire of ages, and He sent us to them when he went back home to prepare a place for us and those who are thirst in spirit. It is either more than just telling them about Jesus but also showing them the love of Christ. Mathew 28. 19

Loving
For God loves us all equally we should love one another as well. His love must flow from us to the whole world by first loving each one of us and thus the world may know His love through us. Loving God, loving each other.

Liberating
Satan has enslaved people of God in the prison of fear, guiltiness, ignorance and sin. He has abandoned them in the darkness of evil and no one can give them liberty except Christ through me and you. Lets stand up and proclaim freedom and liberty to the captives for Christ died to set us all free. Gal 5:1

Instructing
It is our role to instruct in the doctrine and our lifestyles. Speaking the truth in love is all that is will quench thirsting spirits

Nurturing
Steady, constant and reliable support is needed to the daily surrendered hearts of Gods sons and daughters. If this will start within us it can workout positively to all Gods people

Gathering
We are Gods harvest hand. There is plenty in ripen field but Christ is just calling us after Touching, Evangelizing, Loving, Liberating and Nurturing to gather from His field and in all there is joy because little is much for Him.

Hear the sound of wars? Cries of the motherless? Tears of the broken heartened? Hopeless souls?...

WHO WILL GO FOR JESUS?
It is a call for the church to preach the word of hope to the world, the Good News that will proclaim freedom to the captives, heal the broken heart, touch the untouched and rich the enriched. And we Gods people who are called by His name we must be ready to go for His work in the ripen field as we are His working tools. We must reflect that hope from up high to all people living in this world, they must see Jesus through the little gifts He has granted to us.

HOW CAN WE DO THIS? It’s all on the 7TELLING through the VOICE OF REDEMPTION, the little that the Lord has blessed us with be it a talent or any material thing is much when GOD Himself is in it, it can win His harvest and we all rejoice to gather the harvest. Come join us!

Redeemed and we love to proclaim it by telling the World!
